Sometimes a one to one class works particularly well for a student whether as a supplement to group classes or to help that student get through a particular time of injury or difficulty. It can also offer the means to gain confidence and deepen awareness with individualised techniques and programme individually designed to meet the student exactly where they are.

This option allows you to arrange a private yoga session in the comfort of a venue of your choice. Whether you are a group of friends or colleagues, a bespoke class will be tailored to your needs and time with all props and equipment provided

Whether in the work-place or elsewhere in our lives, stress can contribute to a variety of health problems. It is well recognised that chronic stress, when not addressed, impacts negatively on our social interactions and ability to communicate.
Wellness coaching can be tailored to the exact needs of your team- be it lunchtime sessions or half day / full day programmes or weekend retreats and with groups of all sizes
The coaching provides practical methods that can be easily learned and then incorporated into daily life to counter the stress response; methods such as breath awareness practices, meditations and tension releasing exercises which help to regulate the nervous system.

About Liz
Liz has been practising yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for the past 14 years, both to teacher trainees and general students. Liz is a senior registered teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Liz teaches yoga with an alignment focus and specialises in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. She teaches with warmth and humour in classes that are welcoming to all
