leading to a deeply resorative practice finishing with a deep Yoga Nidra (total relaxation) experience. No prior yoga experience necessary and all are very welcome.

Restorative Yoga and Holistic Health
Liz O Dea will lead you through a 75 min practice of gentle restorative yoga and breathwork and introduce accessible techniques of nervous system regulation followed by Yoga Nidra.
Having reset your nervous system, Kara will introduce you to a tasting of Keffirs and Kombuchas and explain how they can support your gut health.
This 2 hr workshop is the perfect way to equip yourself to healthfully and mindfully manoeuvre the busy times in December and beyond.
